Enjoy the wonderful fenced backyard Oasis with private pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut. Other features include: a spacious floorplan with large Kitchen/living areas, screened porch, sundeck, and outside double head shower room. Plenty of TVs, TiVo, DVD players, Stereo, and Wireless Internet. Two Refrigerators, Indoor Jenn-Air Grill, and Outdoor Gas Grill. Kids activity room, Pack 'n Play and "piece of mind" 4FT tall pool safety fence option with easy set-up. This house will make your Vacation Memories a Dream come True! Linens Included. No smoking in this house, please. Pets are conditional and must be approved in advance ($200 non refundable pet fee). *This house books Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in off season. - DURING TIMES OF PROMOTION, THIS HOUSE DOES NOT ALLOW DISCOUNTS AS RATES HAVE ALREADY BEEN REDUCED.* ----LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Upstairs; Queen; Full private bath; TV/DVD.
