Lovingly maintained, constantly updated cottage under a magnificent oak canopy just a short walk to beach. It is hard to imagine this cool green canopy so close to the sun, sand, and surf. Three bedroom, two story home on quiet cul de sac. Hardwood floors, living/dining combo (table seats 6), eat-in kitchen (with table seating 6) opening onto 12x12 screened porch and adjacent deck with nice gas grill. Beach shower. Pet friendly with $200 refundable pet deposit. This is a great value and the price reflects the owners care. Linens not included. Wireless internet. Cable TV/DVD. * This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in off season. * During times of promotion this home does not allow discounts. 4 pm check-in at all times. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Downstairs; Queen; Full private bath (shower only). Bedroom 2: Upstairs; Queen; Shares full bath with hallway. Bedroom 3: Upstairs; 2 Twins; Shares full bath with hallway. Additional (small - 6x7) playroom upstairs for children with books and small toys.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
