Newly renovated, third row house with some ocean views. Updates done every year! Easy access to beach, pool and tennis courts. Close to shopping and restaurants. This home comes with three cable TVs, two VCRs, two DVD players, a stereo with CD player, ceiling fans and a grill. The square footage of this home is 1,316. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. * This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day and requires a week minimum stay at all times.* During times of promotion this property does not allow discounts.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
