Other features include: 3 master bedrooms, multiple TVs, elevator, 3 sundecks, library, piano, gourmet kitchen, sunroom, entertainment center, outside shower, built-in gas BBQ and three car garage. Linens NOT Included. 5,000 sq ft. No Smoking. No Pets. *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day and requires a week-minimum stay at all times (Rates are higher for holidays).* $1000 off any week reservation. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Downstairs; Queen; Full private bath (shower only); TV/VCR. Bedroom 2: Downstairs; Pyramid Bunk Bed (Double on bottom/Twin on top). Bedroom 3: Upstairs; Queen; Full private bath (garden tub/stand alone shower); TV. Bedroom 4: Upstairs; Queen; Shares full bath with Bedroom 5 and hallway. Bedroom 5: Upstairs; Queen; Shares full bath with Bedroom 4 and hallway. Bedroom 6: Upstairs; 4 Twins (2 of the twins are in a loft); Full private bath (shower only). Bedroom 7: Upstairs; Double and Sleeper Sofa. Dining area: Seats 10 with additional seating for approx. 4 at booth in kitchen. TV/DVD/VCR in living room. Additional full bath on 1st floor.
