Other features include: a sundeck and a Jacuzzi tub, Plenty of space for both children and adults, Wireless internet available. This square footage of this house is 3,298. Linens NOT Included. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. *This home rents Saturday to Saturday from Memorial day to Labor day; 3 night minimum in the off season.* ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Downstairs; 2 Twins; Shares full bath with hall. Bedroom 2: Downstairs; King; Full private bath. Bedroom 3: Upstairs; 1 Queen and 1 Twin; Shares full bath with hall. Bedroom 4: Upstairs; Queen; Shares full bath with hall. Bedroom 5: Upstairs; 2 sets of Bunk Beds; Shares full bath with hall. Additional sleeping: There are 2 sets of bunk beds in a sitting area on the 2nd floor and a TV in this area. Flat panel TVs are also located in the main living area and kitchen. Dining area: seats 9 with additional seating for 6 at a 2nd table, plus 3 bar stools.
