Large screened in porch off of living room and a deck off of the sitting area on second floor. Elevator and Internet Access. 3725 sq ft. Linens NOT Included. No Smoking. No Pets. * This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in off season.* ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Downstairs; King; Full private bath. Bedroom 2: Downstairs; Queen; Full private bath (shower only). Bedroom 3: Upstairs; Full private bath (shower only). Bedroom 4: Upstairs; King; Full private bath (shower only). Bedroom 5: Upstairs; 2 Twins; Shares full bath (shower only) with hall. Bedroom 6: Upstairs; 2 Twins; Shares full bath (shower only) with hall. Dininig area: seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at small table. Flat screen TV downstairs; TV/DVD/VCR in upstairs sitting room. Additonal 1/2 bath off kitchen and Bedroom 2.
