Features include: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, cable television, TVs in each room, VCRs and DVD players, stereo system with CD player, Internet access, gas grill and hot/cold outside shower The square footage of this house is 2,512. Linens included. No smoking. Pet friendly w/$200 non refundable pet fee. *This is a weekly Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in off season.* ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Queen; TV. Bedroom 2: 2 Twins; TV. Bedroom 3: Queen; TV. Bedroom 4: Queen; TV. Bedroom 5: Queen; TV. Bedroom 6: 2 Twins; TV. Bedroom 7: Trundle bed; TV. Full bathrooms are located (1) between Bedrooms 1 and 2, (2) next to Bedroom 5, (3) off back living room and (4) within laundry room (stand alone shower). Dining area: seats 6 with additional seating for 8 at bar; additional kitchen table in 2nd living room seats 6. Flat screen TV in 1st living room and additional TV/DVD/VCR in back living room
