Great home with an in ground swimming pool and a fenced in yard. Two blocks to the public beach access. Other features include: a sitting area with two couches and an oversized chair with an ottoman, a living room with a wrap around couch and two chairs with a TV, and a washer and dryer off of the living room. Dining room table will seat eight people and the kitchen has ample countertops. Three bedrooms off of the kitchen, jack and jill bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs (One is the master with a king bed and a TV), one bathroom upstairs for both bedrooms to share. Outside shower. Linens NOT Included. The square footage of this house is 2,169. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. * This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in Winter season only (all other seasons require week miniimum).*
