Hot tub is located in the private walled in lower front deck with access to downstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms and bath rooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD and private bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of built in extra large bunks with TV/DVD and stereo and 2nd full bath. Located near the Sunriver Village Mall and activities.

Like many of my fellow Sunriver owners I have partnered with Destination Resorts Sunriver (DRH), a Sunriver based company that has been providing excellent service to Sunriver owners and their guests. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
