Enjoy the waterfall and short stroll to the rushing Toccoa River, great spot for Trout fishing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, or just wading in the river. There are also several waterfalls to visit in the area, as well as the Swinging Bridge over the Toccoa River. Bears Den is in a secluded area and feels very private, yet only a short distance to Blue Ridge, Blairsville, Dalonegha, TWO, and White Water Rafting. Paved almost all the way to the covered carport.

The main level has King Bedroom with private full bath. Great room with stacked stone fireplace, full kitchen, washer & dryer, half bath, dining area, sun room, private porch.

The upper level has Queen bedroom, full bath, sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and sitting/ game area.
