The villa is on the beautiful upmarket gated community of Briarwood which is only a short drive to Olde Naples, beautiful beaches, lovely waterfront restaurants and great shopping. From the Royal Palm lined streets, wide friendly sidewalks to the two large heated communal pools, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, informal clubhouse and children's play area, this is the perfect place for a family holiday. Our villa has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard with outside lighting being fitted around the pool area making it the perfect place to enjoy outside living. Naples Pier & Beach: The pier is a focal point of Naples Beach and is a historic gathering spot for locals and visitors alike. The city of Naples provides a blanket-fishing licence for the pier, so everyone with a fishing pole is welcome to try his or her luck. A bait shop is located right on the pier. The pier is the best front row seat in town for stunning sunsets. Just one block east is the best charming shopping and restaurant district Third Street South. Everglades: For a real Florida thrill - swamp buggy and air boat rides, island tours - head south to the Everglades, perhaps stopping on the way at Collier Seminole State Park for a true commune with nature. It's all here for your pleasure and leisure. Fishing: The fishing is great, fish abound in the translucent water for the pleasure of dolphins, pelicans and humans alike. See the fisherman filleting their daily catch at nearby 'Marco Island'. Or simply stroll along the beach or pier for a panoramic view of the sunset.

Nice Place, Good Value

The house is very nice, well maintained, and has high quality furnishings. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty (with a lake), and has gated security (that is always staffed). The owner is very prompt in responding to emails, and is very thorough in giving you all of the information you need for when you show up and when you leave. I have rented this house twice, and have had only positive experiences. The location is not right on the beach, but the beach is only a short drive away, and this house is significantly nicer than the rentals that are closer to the beach and in the same price range. Most importantly, the owner is very responsible and professional. My friends have already suggested we rent the same house next year.

Best choice in Naples

Me and my friends traveled around the world a lot, but we stayed always in 4* hotels, therefore renting a villa was a completely different experience for us. We all agree that Fountain View villa in Briarwood Naples was an excellent choice. Everything was as promised by the owner, from our booking, through our stay, till returning our security deposit. The rooms were spotless clean, swimming pool was heated, barbecue ready to use, even we didn’t use it too much because there are so many good restaurants in the neighborhood so why bother with cooking. There are two sets of golf clubs we could use, and we did, because the location of Fountain View Villa is a golfer’s paradise.
We would stay again at this location without any question and definitely the Fountain View Villa is best value for money I have come across in a long time.
