This newly remodeled townhome features dramatic vaulted ceilings, slate floors, beautiful granite countertops, river rock wood-burning fireplace and single car garage. 2000 sq ft on 3 floors.

SECOND FLOOR: Enter main floor thru either the heated garage or large foyer equipped with outerwear storage, to an open-plan kitchen, living, dining area. Heated slate floors, river-rock wood-burning fireplace, TV/CD/DVD stereo & comfortable sofas complete the beautiful living area. Great for family & entertaining with a gourmet kitchen / bar pass-thru to the 8-place dining table. Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters & high-end appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Small covered exterior deck with gas bbq off dining room, & half bath also on main floor. FIRST FLOOR: lower level has 2 bedrooms, media / TV room with queen sofa bed, 2 full baths, steam shower & outdoor covered deck with private 6-person hot tub. One bedroom with queen & one with 2 twins or king beds as required.

THIRD FLOOR: top level has 2 master bedrooms & 2 full baths. Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath and TV. Second master bedroom has 2 twins or king bed and full bath adjacent. Turnday: Any.
