First floor offers 3 bedrooms, First bedroom has 2 twins, second bedroom has 2 twins or 1 king & Third bedroom has one set of bunk beds with full bath adjacent. Main floor is a bright and spacious open plan with full kitchen, dining & living room. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances including dishwasher & microwave, plus all kitchenwares. Pass thru to 8-person dining area with a covered deck.

Enjoy southwest views from your comfy living room with great sofas & chairs around the gas fireplace, TV/CD/DVD.
