Bayside Cottage is the perfect spot for romantic getaways or family retreats. Parking is no problem on this spacious fenced and landscaped lot with over150 feet of street frontage and 100 ft on the bay. Interior of home has central air and heat, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 baths, 2 huge dining areas overlooking the water., satellite TV and DVD player, VCR, stereo, record and cassette player. Large Master BR and 2 other BR to accommodate 10 adults. 1 king, 2 doubles, 2 twin trundles. Dining for 6 or more in Great Room, Dining for 5- 6 on enclosed porch with 50 feet of windows overlooking the water. Located on 99th Street adjacent to the new Evia Subdivision and the new Moody Golf Course to be opened this summer.
