Miami Vacation Rental house

I rented this home because the owner allowed me to have my son's Rehearsal Dinner for 35, which all other rentals we checked didn't. When we arrived we were horrified by the misrepresentation of his property. We never stayed because of the conditions of the home and misleading information on the contract .The catering kitchen was nasty & I wouldn't eat off the counters, stove, microwave and cabinets dirty. I was told by the caretaker that the food in the cabinets wasn't open.The pool was green, no net on tennis court. My contract stated we will receive the garage door openers, 3 car garage, THERE IS NO GARAGE. The A/C is window units, no air in one room. Ants all over the restroom floor, tub and caretaker told us it's FLORIDA, everyone has ants, not so we live in FL. The nook is located in a locked area you can't enter. The carpet was wet when we arrived. The closets reaked of moth balls. We were suppose to put our clothes on a shelf with dirt and paint chips, mold on the wall and ceiling. We didn't see another house on the property 3/2 you were also able to rent??? There was an area behind the house with a heap of wood. A limo in the driveway with flat tires and junk all over the back seat. The home still in the condition of an aging home. None of the rooms look like the photos on this web page or any other listing.
