It could also be the perfect setting for a Wedding, Birthday or Office party with a double lot backyard lush with tropical plants overlooking the canal.- A nice independent studio available with kitchenette and 2 double beds, plus a house with with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds and shared bath, 2 rooms with a queen size bed and shared bath, 1 room with 2 double beds and private bath. Parking available for about 6 cars.
