This beautiful two story log home sits on the Swan River with beautiful views of the Swan Mountain Range. Newly remodeled, this home is situated on a 1 acre lot with 100 ft of Riverfront that is nicely landscaped leaving a very natural Montana look.The main level of this log home includes a new kitchen, a spacious dining room area with a table for eight, sweeping Swan River views, and a beautiful living room with a natural rock fireplace. The entire front of the home has been expanded allowing breathtaking views and quiet sitting areas. This floor also has a family room with a large "L" shaped sectional couch. In addition there is one bedroom on the main floor with a beautiful antique double bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is full access to the deck and water frontage from the main floor. The new additional includes a fabulous master bedroom on the second floor with all new furniture and a beautifully crafted master bath with a full bath. Relax and enjoy the amazing views of the river and the mountains in the distance.On the original second floor you will find two cozy bedrooms, one with a large nook area including a table and over stuffed chairs that look out over the river. This room also has a single size day bed. Both of these bedrooms have queen sized beds. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Their spacious new deck on the River side of the house has a six-person hot tub overlooking the Swan River. The river bank is left wild and the water level varies a little depending on the time of year. At the back of the house you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun on the deck with the wind gently blowing through the fir and pine trees. A very relaxing setting.Swan River Forest is located approximately 10 minutes east of the Village of Bigfork, 35 minutes from Kalispell. Approx 60 minutes from Glacier National Park and 90 minutes from the National Bison Range.
