This property is a 5 minute walk from Sombrero Beach, a quiet Atlantic beach recently endowed with a $5 million government overhaul. This unit is on Ocean Lake and has a full dock for a boat with a beam up to 23 ft. Direct Atlantic Ocean access from the dock. Large center great room with wide entertainment deck and on top a wonderful Widow's Walk with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. And before dinnertime there is a downstairs "grilling, drinking and liars' room " for the fishermen,lawyers, doctors and hunters, and a proper upstairs "Picadilly Room" for the more refined ladies.
