This new Columbine Lake home features beautiful views of Columbine Lake, the Continental Divide and Mount Craig. The four bedroom three bath home sleeps 10. Conveniently located between Rocky Mountain National Park and the Town of Grand Lake, it is a great starting point for your outdoor adventures, dining experiences and shopping excursions.
For your family gathering, the main level has an open living room, dining area and kitchen with vaulted ceilings that open to the deck with seating and gas BBQ grill. The main level also includes a queen bedroom, bedroom with twin bunks and futon, and bath. The upper level hosts the master suite with queen bedroom and bath. The lower level has a TV room with queen size sofa sleeper and bath.
This property has gas BBQ grill, washer and dryer, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and linens and towels. This property will sleep up to 10 persons. Pets are not allowed. Sorry, clubhouse and lake usage rights are not included.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! CHECK ON-LINE AVAILABILITY AND QUOTES FOR UP-TO-DATE ACCURATE INFORMATION. This property rate is for 6 persons, and additional persons are $10 per person per night. All reservations are subject to applicable taxes and a cleaning fee.
STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $330 to $350 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $325 per night, $305 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $290 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
