Actually the egret is likely to return throughout the day to say hello. Enjoy all this home has to offer for your tropical holiday. Build a sand castle on the private beach. Stretch out on the hammock for a siesta. Take a relaxing swing. Relax on one of the lounge chairs on the covered patio and listen to the water lap at the shore line. For some exercise take the kayaks out for a paddle or explore the ocean using the snorkeling equipment available for your use. For a little more rigorous exercise there’s a basketball hoop and paved court for practicing your shots. Just off the shore is a mooring ball suitable for a small boat. A neighborhood boat ramp is available for launching your boat in a canal with easy ocean access. There’s plenty of room to store your boat and trailer on the property when it’s not in use.

This home is situated on a large lot with lots of natural vegetation. A “mini" banana plantation provides fresh bananas during the early summer season. The uncomplicated style of this home is guaranteed to enhance your ability to relax. A spacious open area includes the kitchen, dining and living areas and features a wall of glass overlooking the Atlantic. The wall of glass is actually sets of sliding doors that open to a panoramic view of the ocean and a wide wrap around balcony. Relax on the covered balcony, enjoy the tropical blue colors of the water, and watch the ocean liners coming and going on the horizon. Inside, gather around the dining table for the evening meal or enjoy a snack at the kitchen counter on one of the bar stools. Relax on the comfortable sofa, love seat or the overstuffed chair and ottoman. Watch TV or read a book. Two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath, are located on either side of the great room. An additional bedroom and bath are located on the ground level.

If you bring your computer, wireless internet and a printer are included. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis for an additional charge.

Vacation Rental Details: Minimum Rental is one month. Rent is $7500 to $8500/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $175 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1500 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $250 for electricity and $75 for water. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.
