Updated, bright and clean cottage with many modern amenities - includes a brand new bathroom, Central Air Conditioning and a washer and dryer! Views of both Tidal Marsh and Cape Cod Bay from every room in the house. Includes: outdoor deck, Weber Gas BBQ grill, picnic table, new 32-inch flat panel TV with DVD, full Cable TV (with HBO), phone and high-speed Internet access. Cottage is located on ocean side of street – so walk only 40 paces to private beach. Bedrooms have a Double bed in one and a set of bunks plus an extra twin in the second.
