Located in private association with wonderful views of Cape Cod Bay. 2 Bedrooms, One bath, Washer, Dryer and comfortable furniture. Newly remodeled bath and kitchen. TV in master bedroom and living room, DVD Player and high speed internet. Full sized refridgerator and gas stove for cooking inside with a nice weber grill for cook outs. New for this summer you will find a very comfy sectional sofa and recess lighting! Great sunsets and hugh sand bars at low tide. The best times to look for shells and fossils are on an outgoing tide, during a new or full moon, and after a storm.

Clean, bright and well kept cottage with a Queen sized bed and cable TV in one bedroom, Bunk style bed w/full and twin in the 2nd bedroom. Laundry is located in 2nd bedroom. New tiled bathroom with new fixtures for 09. All new floors throughout and recess lighting !

Exterior Description :

Steps to the ocean by way of private path. Deck with bench seating and outdoor shower. Grill for cooking out and adirondeck bench for relaxing. Shell driveway and parking for 2 cars.
