Private, single family home completely gated and private with a 2 car garage. This home has a Cape Cod beach house feel; the 2 living rooms offer lots of space for a large family or unexpected guests. Master bedroom has 2 patios , one facing the ocean and the other facing the city lights. The guest bedrooms on the first floor have private French doors to the large ocean front deck. Enjoy amazing views from every room! Located in the heart of Encinitas near fun shops, excellent restaurants and the beach access is less then two blocks from the house. Small dog accepted upon approval, no cats.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
