This beautiful canal front home with brand new heated swimming pool is centrally located in the heart of Islamorada. Just 1/2 mile from world famous Holiday Isles (Tiki Bar), it is located in one of the finest neighborhoods of the Keys - Venetian Shores. The house comes with a boat slip which has easy ocean access via Snake Creek. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Downstairs there is a separate apartment (totally independent) with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. There is a jacuzzi overlooking the water with a bar-b-Que, patio furniture with an enclosed screened patio, overlooking the water, upstairs. The house has all the amenities needed and there is plenty of room for everyone. All of the furniture is new and modern.
