The South Seas Tower IV, #1205 is a comfortably furnished two bedroom, 2 bath privately owned condominium located at the South Seas Club on Marco Island, Florida. Views of the lagoon and out to the Gulf of Mexico are yours from the balcony off the living room and master bedroom.
The unit has new linens in both bedrooms; a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There are two full baths in the unit.
The living and dining areas are combined. A sofa sleeper is available for two additional guests. For your entertainment, there is a flat screen TV in the livingroom, as well as a DVD player and a VCR.
The galley kitchen is well stocked with all dishes, cookware, flatware and utensils. A window lets in the sun and looks out over the island. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room.
