Two parking spaces per unit. NO PETS.

1 BR, 1 1/2 B. Q * QSS. Central air and heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 color cable TVs, VCR, stereo with CD player, telephone, answering machine, ceiling fans. Lower level location with pool access from private screened porch. Short walk to the beach. Available year 'round. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! NO PETS!.
