Minimum Rental 28 Days. Enchanted Fish Camp is a wonderful single family home which exemplifies the charm and character of the Florida Keys. If fishing or boating is your passion, you’ll be very pleased with the almost instant access to the Atlantic Ocean via a very short canal and no bridges. Islamorada offers the finest deep water fishing and snorkeling in the world. The convenient Islamorada location on Plantation Key offers handy access to fine or casual outdoor dining, shopping, movies, swim with the dolphin programs, and much more. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Because this home is located on a corner canal lot there is 90’ feet of concrete dock on the front canal and 60’ on the side - the perfect place to secure boats of all sizes. If you are night fishing or arrive back at the dock after dark, you’ll appreciate the lighted dock and fish cleaning station. You’ll love the practical fishing rod holders located right there at the dock by the fish cleaning station. There is water and 220 power for your added convenience. Cook your catch on the gas BBQ grill or take it to one of many wonderful local restaurants and have the chef prepare it for you.
In between fishing trips relax on the wrap around screened balcony, the waterfront ground level patio or the upper sunning deck. Paddle around the canal or the ocean in one of the kayaks the owner provides. There are a few extra life jackets, but it’s always wise to have your own to ensure a proper fit. There are bicycles of all size available for your use for local excursions.
Completely remodeled in 2006, this home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The upstairs living area provides an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room. An entertainment center in the living area offers a TV , DVD, and surround sound. The master bedroom and one bath are located on this level. Inside stairs lead to two ground level bedrooms with an adjoining bath. Each bedroom has its own TV.
Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $5500/month to $7500/month. Additional fees include: $175 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1200 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $400 for water and $100 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.
