Cozy luxury is yours in this beautiful, new in 2007, townhouse condo just a block away from the beach. Enjoy a peek-a-boo ocean view from the cozy front deck. Or relax on the private back deck off the master bedroom.

Hardwood floors denote the luxury of this new townhouse offering. The compact living room is well appointed for enjoying the gas firepace and large-screen TV. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make the chef happy. A breakfast bar with four stools adds to the capacity of the dining table. The powder room has a skylight; the master bedroom has a walk in closet.

The entry on the ground floor is tiled in stone--and next to the one-car garage which is a perfect spot for your sports equipment: bikes, surfboards and sand toys. The ground floor also has two bedrooms, a full bath and the laundry area.
