Minimum Rental One Month. Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The Palms of Islamorada is gated for privacy and located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit has unobstructed views of the ocean from the master suite and the private balcony. Wake up every morning, open the curtains and view a panorama of the Atlantic Ocean directly in front of you! The kitchen has been updated and comes completely equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, glassware and everything you need to prepare a simple or gourmet meal. Both baths have been updated and all linens are included. The condo complex offers a wide range of activities – swim or snorkel directly from the property, swim in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub at the water’s edge. Bring your kayak and put it in the water using the little boat ramp. Motorized boats are not permitted. If you want to limit your sun exposure relax or take a nap you can do so under the Tiki in one of the lounge chairs. There are separate men’s and women’s exercise rooms with showers and a sauna. Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $3800/month. Additional fees include: $125 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1000 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the electricity of $100. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. The Palms of Islamorada has a $100 fee for all new residents.
