Features 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, central H/VAC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV,DVD, VCR, fireplace, screened porch. Membership includes pool and clubhouse. Golf and Tennis with applicable fees. Max. Occupancy: 4 Sunday to Sunday rental. No pets and No smoking. Can be rented nightly (2 night minimum) or monthly. Please call for these rates.
Security deposit: $150 Turnday: Any. Amenities: Pool, Hot Tub, Non Smoking, Fireplace, Gated community, Tennis, TV, DVD/VCR, Screened Porch, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Golf.
