Features 4 twins or 1 can be converted to a king, queen sleeper sofa in living room, central H/VAC, cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, screened porch, wetbar, 24 hour security. Membership includes pool and Clubhouse. Golf and Tennis with applicable fees. Max. Occupancy: 6 Sunday to Sunday rental No pets and No smoking Can be rented nightly(2 night minimum) or monthly. Please call for these rates.
Security deposit: $150 Turnday: Any. Amenities: Pool, Pool, Hot Tub, Non Smoking, Fireplace, Gated community, Tennis, TV, Screened Porch, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Golf, Wireless internet.
