Central H/VAC, washer/dryer, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, screened porch. Membership includes pool and tennis. Golf and Tennis with applicable fees. Max. Occupancy: 4 Sunday to Sunday rental No smoking and No pets. Can be rented nighlty (2 night minimum) or monthly. Please call for these rates.
Security deposit: $150 Turnday: Any. Amenities: Pool, Hot Tub, Non Smoking, Fireplace, Gated community, Tennis, TV, DVD/VCR, Screened Porch, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Golf.
