Excellent family beach home in the private gated community of Debordieu Colony. House features full membership to the Debordieu club with pool and clubhouse. Golf and tennis wtih applicable fees. House also features dock in the creek, short walk to beach, screened wrap around porch with hammock, picnic table, living room with fireplace, dining room, playroom with ping pong table, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, icemaker, 3 cable tv's, 2 vcr's, stereo and a high chair, wireless internet. Also has fish sink, outside dressing room and outside shower. Pets Welcome! Bedding consists of 2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 5 Twin, 5 Daybeds, Max Occupancy: 15 Saturday to Saturday rental
Pet fee: $100

Turnday: Saturday.
