Two story, oceanfront home features screened porch, dock in the creek, and two decks. Main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with large Carolina room overlooking the ocean. Florida room has 2 queen sleeper sofas. House has hardwood flooring on the main floor, central H/VAC, cable TV's, VCR, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, and 2 enclosed outside showers with hot/cold water. Available for Winter Rental December thru March 15th $1400/mo, call for details! Max. Occupancy: 18 Sunday to Sunday rental No smoking and No pets
Security deposit: $200 Turnday: Sunday. Amenities: Non Smoking, Creek Dock, Creek Dock, TV, DVD/VCR, Screened Porch, Outside shower, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Wireless internet, Sunday check in.
