Features kitchen, living room, dining room and bar area. Also includes central H/VAC, ceiling fans, 6 TV's, VCR, washer/dryer, ice maker, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave and wireless internet service. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms with two bunk beds each. Main floor has 4 bedrooms. First bedroom has 1 queen bed, second bedroom has 1 double bed, third bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, and fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Max Occupancy: 12 Sunday to Sunday rental No smoking and No pets
Cleaning: $ 125 Security deposit: $ 200 Turnday: Sunday. Amenities: Non Smoking, Fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR, Screened Porch, Outside shower, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Sunday check in.
