Aqualina is located just out of Healdsburg on the boundary of the Forestville area of Sonoma County, near the Russian River Resort areas. This is a perfect location for visiting large variety of wineries for wine tastings and tours, to more physical activities like biking along the paved 10 mile path starting in Forestville to hiking and canoeing along the Russian River.
The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is furnished in a contemporary and updated modern design with large living room and big screen tv, fireplace, island kitchen and glass table top dining table.
Three bedrooms include a master bedroom with king bed and lovely modern marble bathroom with raised sink and glass shower. Each bedroom comes with a tv, and wireless internet completes the electronics at the home. The guest bedrooms share a second marble bathroom with beautiful fixtures and combination jacuzzi tub/shower with beveled glass doors.
Outdoors there is a patio off the kitchen with gas grill, chairs, table and hot tub. A few steps away from the hot tub area over a flag stone pathway is the stunning in ground pool, a large 20 x 60 modern pool with shallow entry, surrounded with beautiful custom imported granite from Greece. Outdoor speakers are connected throughout the pool area for your pleasure. Enjoy designer pool furniture and lounges throughout the area. A cabana to relax under and stay out of the sun is installed with refrigerator, Stereo/CD/Amplifier and seating. A wonderful outlook of the 2.5 acre property is prominent from here -- walk to the foot bridge crossing the stream to a private sunning deck surrounded by bamboo and Irises. Of course there is also a lot of pool furniture and lounges to enjoy the area.
