Waldhaus at the Russian River is a 2BR/2BA home which is set up like a duplex, with full kitchen and living room on upstairs floor and full kitchen and living room downstairs connected by indoor and outdoor stairwells. It is ideal for two couples or two small families who want to vacation together while maintaining some privacy. The home is set on the hill, with nice views of the river and surrounding hills. With decks off each floor, a yoga deck on the backyard hill, deluxe grill and patio furniture, Waldhaus at the Russian River offers a nice outdoor experience. Steps to the river across the road lead down for boating or swimming. There are a total of three flights of stairs on the property and as such, Waldhaus at the Russian River is a great destination for view lovers without knee of mobility concerns.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen size bed, small wood stove and toilet. The living room has a sleeper sofa Comcast Cable TV including HBO, lots of board games, and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has a dining area, sliding doors to the deck and outdoor eating area, full bathroom with shower, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a wood hutch full of appliances sure to please the 'gourmet cook'.

Downstairs is a bedroom with bunk beds, sitting area, full bathroom and kitchen, and 2nd deck/balcony. The bedroom closet houses an additional full size futon and port a crib for use in the sitting area. The downstairs kitchen has a high chair. A stackable washer and dryer are off the lower level under the deck.

The heat is gas, and the bbq is propane, for clean, safe grilling.
