This property is modern and sophisticated and offers top of the line amenities in both comfort and furnishings.
As our guests walk into Serenita, you will immediately notice the long glass windows, sliding patio glass doors, and the light and bright furnishings throughout the home. Serenita is built on a side hill, taking in great views of the vineyards and valley below. Wood floors are throughout the great room, featuring one great room with dining, modern kitchen, living area with flat screen tv, dvd and wireless internet, and a separate private bedroom and large bathroom.
The deck is spectacular, and where we would suggest planning your morning coffee or evening wine, al fresco lunch or dinner. It's a special setting.
The triangular and large hot tub is the perfect accent to complete the Sonoma County Wine Country experience -- it's unique, and in the summer could be cooled for a soaking pool. On warm summer days, walk to the beautiful neighborhood lake, clean and wonderful for swimming or sunning on the sandy beach.
Serenita is a modern Sonoma County experience, 15 minutes to Healdsburg, 7 minutes to Geyserville town, and less than 5 minutes to dozens of wineries in the area -- Forchini, Murphy Goode, Geyser Peak and Trentadue to name a few.
