This nicely appointed 3BR/2.5BA home has newer furnishings and is a short 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Amenities include a Private heated Pool and jacuzzi, washer/dryer and dishwasher, screened lanai, recreation room with ping pong table, wet bar, TV's in every room, DVD, Wireless internet. There is also garage space available for a compact car. $500 Damage Deposit. $85 cleaning fee charged in addition to rent. An additional fee is charged when heating the pool and/or jacuzzi. King bed, Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8. Non-Smoking unit. Holiday rentals $2,000/wk plus tax.
