Casa Ventana del Mar is located in the secure gated community of Rancho Playa Negra, just a short walk from world-class surfing at Playa Negra. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus an upstairs loft area, and can comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite TV, phone, iron and ironing board – all the comforts of home!

On the main level of the house there are breathtaking ocean views from kitchen, living room and deck. Casa Ventana del Mar maintains a contemporary feel throughout, with stainless steel light fixtures, vaulted hardwood ceilings and an open loft upstairs. The result is an airy, welcoming feel.

The lava and coral reef just outside Casa Ventana del Mar offers boundless snorkeling opportunities during low tide; when conditions are right, there are several surf spots on the reef as well. It is ideally located, close to restaurants, bars and activities in and around the town of Playa Negra. Bike tours, horseback riding, surf lessons, and zip line canopy tours are just some of the activities available nearby.
