Folly Field Vacation Rental villa

This resort villa is equipped with two cabled televisions and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and eating meals in. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the private balcony overlooking a lagoon. Our property is located in a wonderful, gated resort community with it's own private beach. The Resort's private boardwalk will take you to our beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk will serve you food and drinks right by the beach! If you prefer pools, we have 3 on property, including an indoor heated one. There is even a poolside restaurant for your convenience, adjacent to the main outdoor pool. Tennis anyone? There are 6 hard courts and no additional fees to use them. Other amenities include a hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, indoor running track, and fitness equipment. Golf, dining, shopping, grocery stores, theater, minature golf, and Shelter Cove Marina are all nearby. Bike trails are right out in front and go all over the Island. Book your vacation now!

NOTES ON CERTAIN AMENITIES:

~The Island Grill and Deli (located poolside) and Coco’s on the Beach (located at the end of the boardwalk to the beach) are open March 1-October 31.

~There are coin operated washers and dryers on every other floor near the elevators, but not in the villas themselves.

~There are shared outdoor charcoal grills available in the picnic area at the Resort.

~Bring your laptop! Free high speed wireless internet is available from the common area of building 3. You may be able to get a signal from within your villa, but it isn’t guaranteed.

~Pool table, ping pong table, internet, and computers are available for use at the Island Grill and Deli, located poolside. Fees may apply. Coco’s on the Beach, located oceanside also offers WiFi.

~Shared amenities include 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness equipment, indoor running track, 6 tennis courts (hard courts) with no additional fees to use them, volleyball court (next to Coco’s on the Beach), bike trails out in front of the Resort that go all over the Island.

~This villa has a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and an inflatable bed with automatic air pump for the living room.

~The walk to the beach is 5-7 minutes and the Resort’s private boardwalk is just downstairs or down the elevator. There is also a free golf cart shuttle that will get you there in 1-2 minutes or less.
