This gorgeous POOL VIEW villa has been completely renovated (spring 2008)-it features 18' tile flooring, new cabinets, new countertops, new bathrooms, and it even has columns! It is equipped with two cabled televisions (including 7 HBO channels) and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and eating meals in. Our property is located in a wonderful, gated resort community with it's own private beach. The Resorts' private boardwalk will take you to our beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk will serve you food and drinks right by the beach! If you prefer pools, we have 3 on property, including an indoor heated one. There is even a poolside restaurant for your convenience, adjacent to the main outdoor pool. Tennis anyone? There are 6 hard courts and no additional fees to use them. Other amenities include a hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, indoor running track, and fitness equipment. Book your vacation now!


$85 cleaning fee includes linens, towels and starter supplies.
Easter/Spring Break Weeks: $575 plus tax and cleaning.
