The well-equipped kitchen has granite counters, SS appliances, gas cooktop. The third HDTV is in the living room; the sofa also converts to a full-size bed. Other amenities are WIFI and a full-size washer and dryer.
This home also offers a level entry, wide doorways, and 5' turning radius in one bathroom.
