The living room area features a beautiful gas log fireplace with flat panel television above that includes Direct TV (Total Choice Plus package), comfortable seating and easy access to the screened porch. There are also televisions in both bedrooms and the loft offering a bit of variety for all quests.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator water dispenser, ceramic stove top, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Dine in or al fresco. There is a gas grill, ample seating, and peaceful views from the screened porch.

7.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)
Cancellation / Transfer Policy:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
