A superb, luxury, detached lodge set in thirty acres of established woodlands in the pretty hamlet of Ramshorn, close to Alton Towers. Finished to an exceptionally high standard, this spacious lodge is a perfect base for family or friends to enjoy an exciting break. There are six bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 1 x ground floor twin, 2 x double (one with colour TV and en-suite shower, WC & basin), 1 x twin, 1 x twin (one bed has additional pull out stacker bed). Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC & basin. Additional ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, WC & basin. Utility room. Spacious open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and patio doors to garden and open woodland. The mature wood includes a nature trail and a pond to take advantage of the stunning surroundings. Just a 15 minute walk away is the pedestrian entrance to the ever-popular Alton Towers resort. Amenities: Electric central heating throughout, woodburner in sitting area. Dual fuel cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer in utility room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs (1 with Freeview), DVD player, radio/CD player etc. Small library of books/games/DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Patio with garden furniture and brick built BBQ, open to woodland with pond and nature trail. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 3 miles. Pub 1 mile. Alton Towers 15 mins walk, 5 mins drive. Note: There are no gardens but guests are welcome to walk around the 30 acre woodland area
