A delightful stone built cottage located at the end of a small terrace, on the border of the lovely village of Bradwell. This charming, 200 year old property stands in a peaceful, hillside position and benefits from fine views towards Bradwell Edge, yet is only a 5 minute walk to all of the village amenities. The excellent accommodation, which includes Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin - both have views to Bradwell Edge, a ground floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a pleasant sitting room with open fire and leather suite, has been furnished and decorated with very high standards and there is a wonderful private garden at the rear with lawn and patio area. A comfortable base for exploring The Peak National Park, any time of the year. Amenities: Full gas central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, widescreen colour TV with FreeSat (80+ channels), DVD player and library of DVDs. Radio/cassette/CD player. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off road parking for one car with free car parking within 30 yards. Pretty rear garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Shops 5 mins, pub 2 mins walk
