This is a lovely Georgian cottage, set in a central location in the beautiful village of Winster, within the stunning Peak District National Park. This delightful cottage has been tastefully renovated to retain lots of original character, and offers warm welcoming accommodation. Set over three floors. There are three bedrooms: 1 x double with pull out stacker bed, 1 x twin, 1 x 2nd floor double with ensuite bath, WC and basin. Additional shower room with WC. Fitted kitchen with utility area & dining area (seats 6). Sitting room (seats 6) with a beautiful stone fireplace with woodburning stove. The patio courtyard is perfect for a quiet drink at the end of a day of exploring the winding streets of the village, or making the most of the various walks which criss-cross the surrounding area. The towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Ashbourne are nearby and are also worth a visit, as are the many NT properties, stately homes and magnificent gardens of the Peaks. Amenities: Gas central heating throughout, woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD player.
