Resting in mature gardens and offering beautiful views across the stunning countryside, this traditionally styled bungalow has two bedrooms: 1 x spacious kingsize double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen. Dining room with gas fire. Lovely sitting room with open fire. The property is only a short stroll from the village shop and local pubs, whilst walks from the doorstep to Warton Crag offer superb views of Morecambe Bay and the distant Lakeland Fells. Within easy reach are Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal and Windermere. This lovely property is perfect at any time of year. Amenities: Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room and gas fire in dining room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs (both with basic Freeview), DVD, radio/CD player etc. Small library of books. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Lockable bike storage in garage. Cot and highchair available.
