This is a charming 300 year old, Grade II listed cottage, located just off the main square in the historic village of Eyam, just 5 miles from Bakewell. It has been modernised to provide superb, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. There are four bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x double with ensuite (shower, WC and basin), 1 x twin with additional truckle bed (note: limited space when truckle bed in use), 1 x ground floor twin. Ground floor wet room with shower, WC and basin. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Spacious sitting room with a warming real fire. Lovely patio garden with views over the village. The property is just a short walk from the village store and pub - the Miner's Arms, and is ideally based for touring the surrounding area. Note: This property may be suitable for accompanied disabled - please contact office for further information. Amenities: Full gas central heating with additional heating from real fire in sitting room. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo, selection of DVDs/CDs/books/games. Cellar with games inc. table football and magnetic darts. Gas & electricity inc. in rent. Fuel for fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Small patio garden with furniture.
