From the lovely garden, to the very high standard of the fixtures and fittings, this cottage is perfect for a romantic holiday or a family break. There are three stylish bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double (zip & link bed - can be twin on request), 1 x single (set away from other bedrooms - suitable for older child or adult) with French doors to hot tub area. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC. Cloakroom with basin, WC. Spacious, fitted kitchen with dining area. Utility room. Sitting room with woodburner effect gas stove. Second sitting room with French doors overlooking courtyard with hot tub. Delightful conservatory. Guests can also enjoy exclusive use of the superb outdoor hot tub. There are scenic hiking routes within walking distance, taking in the renonwed stepping-stones of the River Dove, and the lovely 15th Century tearoom at Ilam. Amenities: Full gas central heating, woodburner effect gas stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 36 flat screen TV, DVD, library of books, games etc. Fuel & power inc. in rent.
